Beech Fork State Park campsite rates are based on one camping unit* per site/per night.
Rates includes applicable taxes.

Campsite rates are based on site occupancy of up to six individuals per site.

*A non-family group may have only one camping unit (tent, trailer, motor home, camper, van, etc.) on its campsite. A family camping group, at the discretion of the area superintendent, may be permitted to have one (1) or two (2) small tents on its campsite in addition to the main camping unit, A family is defined as parents or guardians and their dependent children.

Winter Season applies to sites 1-49 only.

Water at site may be off and electric only rate charged upon arrival. 
Conditionally, water may be requested to be turned on and rate adjusted to full hook up rate when water/sewer winterization efforts are approved and staff is available to turn water on. 

Storage in designated space in office back parking lot.
A camper storage agreement must be completed prior to parking unit in storage.
Camper storage permit must be displayed from inside.
Permit should be taped to window so staff can verify.

Weekly rate:           $ 50.00
Monthly rate:         $150.00

Reservations may be made for a minimum of two consecutive nights.
Single night reservations are not accepted.
Reservations cannot be made for more than 14 consecutive nights.
Reservations are accepted for the period between Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Check-out is noon on the departure date.

Senior Citizens Rates

  • Citizens that have achieved a 60th birthday or older, receive a 10% discount on camping rates year-round.
  • Veterans Salute. Learn more about discounts for veterans. Click here and check out the Veterans Salute section.
  • WV residents who are age 60 or older will receive a 50% discount on camping rates from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day.
  • Citizens taking advantage of senior discounts must occupy the campsite rented.
  • Verification of age either in person or by mail must be provided.
  • A copy of driver's license or other proof of age should be included with mail-in applications.

Reservations will not be accepted less than two days in advance.

Online Reservations
Online reservations begin January 1 and is a 24-hour reservation service.

Mail In Applications
Accepted February 15 - March 14 and must be postmarked on or after February 15.
Applications post marked prior to February 15 will be returned.
Only three reservations per envelope, and on reservation per form is accepted.

Requests received from February 15 through March 14 will be sent a blank form.

On or after March 15
On or after March 15, phone reservations are accepted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Call In
For phone-in reservations call the park office or 1-800-CALL WVA. Tourist advisors answering phone calls at CALL WVA do not take reservations, but will forward your call to the park office.

Walk In:  
Walk-in reservations are accepted after April 1.


WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled
WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled are entitled to a 50% reduction on campground rental fees from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day. To qualify for this discount, eligible persons must submit an application, certification of state residency, and a disability form to the Chief of Parks. Verified applicants will receive a permanent disability campground discount card via the mail. Cards are not issued by the individual park or forest.

Pets In Campgrounds
Pets are permitted in the campground.
Leash laws and park guidelines must be observed.
