Summer Cabin Reservation Special 
Weekly rental requirements have changed for June 4 to 18 and August  6 to September 3, 2012. Cabins may be reserved for less than a week during the above stated times on a Monday-Friday (a 4-night rental) period or a Friday-Monday (a 3-night rental) basis.

Cabin Policies

Published cabin rates do not include taxes. A 6% WV sales tax and a 6% hotel/motel tax is applied to cabin rates.

During the summer season (second week of June through Labor Day Weekend, cabins may be rented on a weekly basis with rental from Monday to Monday. Cabins may be rented for up to 14 nights.

In the off-season, cabins are rented on a two night basis, with a three night minimum on Holiday weekends.

Beech Fork cabins are open year-round.

Check in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m.

Senior citizen discounts are available for persons over 60 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at check-in. This discount applies only to cabins rented and occupied by eligible senior citizens.

No one under 18 may reserve a cabin. There must be a responsible adult registered in a cabin where minors are staying.

Reservations made for three nights or less must be paid in full at the time reservations are made. Reservations made for four nights or longer require one-half total payment in advance and the remainder paid upon arrival.

RESERVATIONS - General Information

Reservations may be made for a minimum of two consecutive nights.  Single night reservations are not accepted.

Reservations cannot be made for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Reservations are accepted for the period between Friday before Memorial Day through
Labor Day.

Check-out is noon on the departure date.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Senior Citizens may rent campsites for their personal use only. Verification of age either in person or by mail must be provided.  A copy of driver's license or other proof should be sent with mail in applications.

RESERVATIONS - Process

Reservations will not be accepted less than two days in advance for Friday and Saturday.
Mail In Application: Accepted February 15-March 14 and must be postmarked on or after
February 15 (if postmarked prior, form will be returned). ONLY THREE RESERVATIONS PER ENVELOPE--ONLY ONE RESERVATION PER FORM.

Call In: Requests received from February 15 through March 14 will be sent a blank form.
On or after March 15, phone reservations are accepted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Online reservations begin March 15 and is a 24-hour reservation service.

Walk In: Accepted after April 1. Filled subject to availability.

Senior Citizens Rates

WV residents and non-resident seniors who have reached their 60th birthday will receive a
10% discount on camping rates year-round.

WV resident seniors who have reached their 62nd birthday will receive a 50% discount on camping rates from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day.

Individuals receiving a Senior Citizen rate receive this rate only when the campsites are for their personal use.  Verification of age either in person or by mail must be provided.  A copy of driver's license or other proof should be sent with mail in applications.

Discount for WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled

WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled are entitled to a 50% reduction on campground rental fees from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day.

To qualify for this discount, eligible persons must submit an application, certification of state residency, and a disability form to the Chief of Parks. Verified applicants will receive a permanent disability campground discount card via the mail.

Cards are not issued by the individual park or forest.

Pets

Pets are permitted in the campground. Leash laws and park guidelines must be observed.
