| RESERVATIONS-General Information
Reservations may be made for a minimum of two consecutive nights on weekends.
A weekend is Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations cannot be made for more than 14 consecutive nights. Reservations are accepted for the period between Friday before Memorial Day through
Labor Day. Reservations may be made by mail or in person. Reservations must be on an official park form, subject to campground reservation policies. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Senior Citizens may rent campsites for their personal use only. RESERVATIONS-Process Reservations will not be accepted less than two days in advance for Friday and Saturday. Mail In Application: Accepted February 15-March 14 and must be postmarked on or after
February 15 (if postmarked prior, form will be returned). ONLY THREE RESERVATIONS PER ENVELOPE--ONLY ONE RESERVATION PER FORM. Call In: Requests received from February 15 through March 14 will be sent a blank form.
On or after March 15, phone reservations are accepted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
For phone-in reservations call the park office or 1-800-CALL WVA. Walk In: Accepted after April 1. Filled subject to availability. Senior Citizens Rates: WV residents and non-resident seniors who have reached their 60th birthday will receive a
10% discount on camping rates year-round. WV resident seniors who have reached their 62nd birthday will receive a 50% discount on camping rates from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day.
Individuals receiving a Senior Citizen rate receive this rate only when the campsites are for their personal use.
Discount for WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled WV residents who are totally and permanently disabled are entitled to a 50% reduction on campground rental fees from the day after Labor Day until 4 days prior to Memorial Day. To qualify for this discount, eligible persons must submit an application, certification of state residency, and a disability form to the Chief of Parks. Verified applicants will receive a permanent disability campground discount card via the mail. Cards are not issued by the individual park or forest. Pets
Pets are permitted in the campground. Leash laws and park guidelines must be observed. |
